Hi, I’m Cinthya Raudales — Architect turned Arizona REALTOR®, proud Honduran, and a lifelong learner with a deep curiosity for people and places.

Before real estate, I earned a degree in Architecture, opened two bookstores, and eventually found my calling in helping families find homes they truly love. I was Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams and now proudly lead the Cinthya Raudales Real Estate Team at West USA Realty.

I’m a REALTOR® who approaches every client relationship with care, insight, and zero pressure. My goal is simple — to help people feel confident, understood, and at home through every stage of their journey.

Personality-wise, I’m an INTJ — a “structured dreamer” who loves systems, big-picture thinking, and well-placed details. I notice crooked picture frames, iron pillowcases, and then forget where I parked the car. I dislike clutter (but married a bulk buyer ), so reorganizing is practically a hobby.

Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about gardening, functional medicine, and all things health and wellness. I’ve swam with whale sharks in Mexico, zip-lined in Costa Rica, floated with glowing plankton in Thailand, and travel-hacked my way to the next adventure.

My home wasn’t love at first sight, but after 14 years — and touring thousands of houses as a REALTOR®— I still love it (though I wouldn’t mind a bigger backyard).
